Our national Medical Bureau Service is looking for a New Business Sales Consultant for the KZN region reporting into the Regional Sales Manager. This is an innovative full spectrum outsourced debt collection service for medical practitioners and healthcare providers.  
 
The company is seeking high performers with a positive, growth mindset who will call on new clients and build a quality sales pipeline which must result in consistent target delivery. You will call on medical doctors and the like and offer the medical bureau service to them.
 
Requirements:
Matric and own reliable vehicle which can be used for business purposes and uphold the corporate company image
3 years business development sales in the same sector
 
On offer:
The remuneration package on offer will depend on the successful candidate’s experience and current package will be taken into account. You will receive a basic salary, plus a lucrative commission structure.

Requirements:

3 years business development sales in the private healthcare information technology sector or similar
 
On offer:
The remuneration package on offer will depend on the successful candidate’s experience:
Entry level range from R12k – 14k monthly CTC+ comm
Intermediate (standard) level range from R18k – R20k CTC + comm
Experienced candidates range from R25k-R30k base + comm

Sales Representative: Mechanical Engineer (Remote)

Our client, a UK based software company who targets manufacturing businesses in the US or EMEA are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.
 
The company employs 50 staff members across 3 offices across the globe offering MES boasting machine connectivity and cutting-edge software integrations, we enable businesses to transform their operations and streamline processes. Serving clients in over 30 countries, from small machine shops to Fortune 500 giants, they are a driving force behind the manufacturing revolution.
 
You will work remotely from South Africa but targeting international clients. You will build calling lists and conduct 200 colds per week, send emails and Linkedin messages with the result being to achieve 20 -30 sales meetings booked for the Account Executive Team. If you speak a second European Language besides English, please let us know as this will be helpful.
 
 
Requirements:
    • You must have a completed University Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Non-negotiable requirement)
    • You must have some business-to-business sales experience (upwards of 1 year) which must include cold calling and sourcing new business
    • It will be ideal if you have sold industrial software like CAD, CAM, ERP, MRP, MES but not essential
 
On Offer:
You will earn a basic salary of R25 000 to R30 000. Commission is paid in dollars and will be $300-500 per signed deal that originated from your sales opportunity. Sales cycle (depending on deal size, segment): 2-9 months.
 
You will be provided with a company laptop which has the capability to make international calls. You must provide your own, stable wifi connection with loadshedding back-up. You will work with a time tracker that captures screenshots etc to monitor your work.
 
Typical working hours are:
Option 1 – EU/US role: 11:00 to 20:00 (incl 1h break) SA time; 09:00 to 18:00 UK time.
Option 2 – US role: 15:00 to 24:00 (incl 1h break) SA time; 13:00 to 22:00 UK time.
 
You can negotiate your hours which can be flexible however the time zone needs to be taken into account. Sick Leave and holidays are paid.
