Our client, a stable company based in Centurion are looking for Telephone Account Managers to join their team to sell cellphone upgrades to existing customers.
 
This is not a call centre position driven by high call volumes. The is a careful, customer centric, personable environment where your clients know you by name and can call you on your direct cell phone. You will offer superior personal service and get to know your customers by building and nurturing an exceptional business relationship with each one.
 
You will be handed these existing customers and there is no cold calling requirements at all. You will make service calls and be there to upgrade when the client wishes to do so.
 
Requirements:
    • You must reside in Centurion or the closer side of Midrand
    • You must be very confident and able to work on Microsoft office
    • You must without a doubt be a personable, well spoken, outgoing and confident individual who loves the phone and knows how to make an actual call and speak to people (not relying on whatsapp or emailed communication)
    • You must have at least some relatable experience like telephone sales or customer service
    • If you have knowledge of cellphones, contracts etc this will be a huge benefit
    • You must be tech savvy!
    • You must be able to get to the office daily and be happy to work from there. No work from home options!!
 
On offer:
R10 – 15 000 per month plus a good commission structure where it is reasonable to earn an additional R5 – 6 000 per month. No real after hours work and you are office based from 8am – 4:30pm.

A very established Real Estate Agency and Auction House are looking for Estate Agents to join their team across Western Cape and Gauteng. The company provides a range of innovative platforms for property sales and through this, their agents have achieved an average of 7.2% commission which surpasses the industry norm of 2.5 – 3%.
You will be able to sell prominent Residential or Commercial properties, movable assets, hotels, farms, corporate closures, aircrafts and marine and it must be noted that as a BEE Level 1 company, all large corporations can be targeted.
Whilst you must have at least 2 years real estate sales experience and be able to show sales success, the company will provide you with full training and you will enjoy the support of an internal telemarketing division to assist with qualified lead generation and appointments.
Additionally, you will receive marketing material, business cards and boards at the company expense.
You can opt to earn a basic salary to help cover your costs or straight commission only. Commission will vary depending on structure but you can expect to negotiate between 45 – 60%.

Our client, a stable holding company of 68 franchised cell phone stores is looking for a sales consultant to join the Head Office selling brand new but old stock of all non-contract cell phone models.
You will be based at the Office in Melrose Arch and target SME’s, Corporates, Retail and any other companies you can think of who may want to purchase out of contract handsets.
Predominantly, you will cold call companies and sell telephonically but for larger deals you may have to visit the clients in person. Once you have sold to a company, you will maintain the relationship and continue to offer them deals as and when the need arises.
You will join a small, business focused group of people who are driven by closing deals and moving stock. This is a very fast paced environment with a quick turnaround time so your energy has to reflect this.
 
Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years experience selling to a broad target market
You must be able and willing to make high volume calls per day offering your product
You must be tech savvy! If a client asks you to quickly help move data over from one phone to another, you should quickly be able to jump in and help
Own, reliable transport

Our client, a supplier of indigenous large trees and shrubs to nurseries, landscapers, corporate companies and gardeners are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team covering the Gauteng region.
 
You must have some horticultural knowledge and be a strong, independent Sales Executive who can work the Gauteng territory to gain orders.
 
Call on all nurseries as well as buyers from large retail chains stores which offer a gardening section and gain new orders. Maintain these relationships in order to obtain ongoing business from them.
 
Requirements:
Matric
At least 5 years sales external experience
You must have an understanding of plants and trees. This may be through a personal passion, or you must have worked in a similar environment.
You must have your own vehicle to use for business purposes and it must be reliable and uphold the corporate image.
 
On offer:
We will consider candidates who are currently earning a basic salary of between R15 – 25 000 plus commission. Offers will take into account your current earnings, sales track record and experience.

Our client, a UK based software company who targets manufacturing businesses in the US or EMEA are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.
 
The company employs 50 staff members across 3 offices across the globe offering MES boasting machine connectivity and cutting-edge software integrations, we enable businesses to transform their operations and streamline processes. Serving clients in over 30 countries, from small machine shops to Fortune 500 giants, they are a driving force behind the manufacturing revolution.
 
You will work remotely from South Africa but targeting international clients. You will build calling lists and conduct 200 colds per week, send emails and Linkedin messages with the result being to achieve 20 -30 sales meetings booked for the Account Executive Team. If you speak a second European Language besides English, please let us know as this will be helpful.
 
 
Requirements:
    • You must have a completed University Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Non-negotiable requirement)
    • You must have some business-to-business sales experience (upwards of 1 year) which must include cold calling and sourcing new business
    • It will be ideal if you have sold industrial software like CAD, CAM, ERP, MRP, MES but not essential
 
On Offer:
You will earn a basic salary of R25 000 to R30 000. Commission is paid in dollars and will be $300-500 per signed deal that originated from your sales opportunity. Sales cycle (depending on deal size, segment): 2-9 months.
 
You will be provided with a company laptop which has the capability to make international calls. You must provide your own, stable wifi connection with loadshedding back-up. You will work with a time tracker that captures screenshots etc to monitor your work.
 
Typical working hours are:
Option 1 – EU/US role: 11:00 to 20:00 (incl 1h break) SA time; 09:00 to 18:00 UK time.
Option 2 – US role: 15:00 to 24:00 (incl 1h break) SA time; 13:00 to 22:00 UK time.
 
You can negotiate your hours which can be flexible however the time zone needs to be taken into account. Sick Leave and holidays are paid.
