Our client, a software development house based in Sandton are looking for a highly skilled New Business Development Consultant to join their team who knows how to build a pipeline and close new business.
 
The role will include carrying out full lifecycle ERP sales.
 
The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, energetic, well organised, and definitely customer focused. You will need to be a good communicator and able to identify business opportunities within our key markets, build relationships and close deals.
 
    • Proactively identify new opportunities and follow a sales methodology that unpacks value.
    • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
    • Support and help drive the company’s marketing activities.
    • Detailed reporting on sales activity.
    • Identify and cultivate strong business relationships.
    • Must be a results driven individual who can add value to the bottom line
 
Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years new business sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail orientated
    • Strong excel skills
    • ERP and software solution sales experience preferred
    • Track record with references
