Business Development Manager
CBD/ Atlantic Seaboard – Cape Town – Western Cape, Northern Suburbs – Cape Town – Western Cape
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and driving strategies that support revenue growth. The successful candidate will be required to identify and secure new business, build lasting relationships and grow sales The role involved collaborating with other teams and staying up to date with industry trends to ensure sales success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify potential clients and identify decision makers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, expand the company’s reach, and identify industry verticals with high growth potential.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for the company’s products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, to identify areas for improvement.
- Create annual and quarterly sales plans with detailed revenue projections.
- Tracking and compiling reports on account progress, targets and forecasts,
- Continuously adjust sales strategies based on performance data.
- Lead and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide input on product development and enhancements based on customer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- 2-3 Years in a Business Development Executive role
- Strong understanding of the Saas Industry
- Experience with CRM tools
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- A proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
